About piling.sg and Our Professional Credentials
An engineering-led piling service that coordinates design, regulatory submission, installation supervision and testing support around your project.
Who we are
piling.sg is maintained by a piling design team providing engineering services through PE Consultants Pte Ltd. We focus on the engineering side of piling: getting the design right for the ground and the loads, preparing the submission, and keeping the site work and test results aligned with the approved design.
What we are not
We are not a piling contractor. We do not own piling rigs, install piles, or own testing equipment. Piles are installed by the piling contractor appointed for your project, and pile tests are carried out by the appointed testing provider. Where these services are part of a project, we coordinate with those parties within our written scope.
How we work
- Scope, statutory roles, design assumptions and deliverables are confirmed in a written appointment.
- Recommendations are based on the project's own site investigation data and constraints.
- Regulatory requirements are kept separate from professional judgment and optional services.
- We do not guarantee approvals, test results or construction outcomes.

The QPP credential belongs to the individual engineer, not the company. It does not replace any statutory appointment, Professional Engineer registration, BCA submission requirement, contractor registration or other qualification required on a particular project.
