Privacy Policy

This policy explains how piling.sg, operated by PE Consultants Pte Ltd ("we"), handles personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project location, project type and stage, the services you are interested in, your project description, and any files you choose to attach. We do not ask for NRIC numbers or other sensitive personal data; please do not include them.

When a business applies to advertise, we collect the company name, UEN, contact person, email, phone, service category, BCA registration details, website, service description and any brochure or logo attached.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal or appointment, or to assess and manage an advertising application. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Attachments

Files attached to our forms are sent to us by email and are not stored on this website's server.

Disclosure

We may share project information with other professionals or parties involved in your project, such as testing providers or consultants, only where this is needed for the work you ask us to do, or where required by law.

Retention and protection

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable security measures to protect them.

Visitor counter and cookies

The homepage shows a visitor count. To count each visitor once per day, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address and browser type for the current day only; it cannot be used to identify you and is discarded the next day. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address when the page loads.

Access, correction and withdrawal of consent

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by emailing pe@qp.sg.
