Project Types and Applications
Piling engineering support for developers, building owners, contractors, consultants and project teams across a range of Singapore projects.
Landed houses and rebuilds
Reconstruction, new erection and addition and alteration works on landed plots, often with tight access and close neighbours.
Addition and alteration (A&A)
New foundations for extensions, added storeys or heavier loads, including micropiles where headroom and access are limited.
Small redevelopments
Low- and mid-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use redevelopments that need a coordinated foundation package.
Industrial buildings
Factories, warehouses, ramp-up and heavy-floor buildings where column loads and settlement limits drive the pile layout.
Infrastructure and civil works
Foundations for civil structures, subject to the project scope and the roles required by the relevant authorities.
Constrained and sensitive sites
Sites near existing buildings, rail structures, drains or sewers, where pile type, installation method and monitoring need extra care.
Who we work with
- Developers and building owners who want one engineering contact for the foundation stage.
- Main contractors and piling contractors who need design, submission or testing coordination support.
- Architects and civil and structural consultants looking for piling design input or an independent review.
- Project and construction managers coordinating programme, approvals and site records.
- Homeowners rebuilding or extending a landed house.
- Industrial and infrastructure teams with heavy loads or sensitive surroundings.
Landed house rebuilds
Landed plots often combine tight access, close neighbours and limited space for rigs. Pile type is chosen with these in mind as well as the ground conditions. Bored piles, jack-in piles and micropiles are common options.
Before piling starts near neighbouring properties, a condition survey of adjacent buildings is often advisable, so that existing defects are recorded. Ask us about this when you share your project.
Discuss your piling project
Send us the site details, design stage and any site investigation report. We will confirm what is needed and propose a written scope.
